This makes Ludlow Guitars the perfect place to consign your gear. With high web visibility and unending musician foot traffic, your instruments will be seen and heard.

The steps are easy:

Contact us at Ludlowguitars@gmail.com with make, model, serial number and any important details.

Once we have confirmed the details, ship (please fully insure) or if you’re local bring your instrument into the shop.

We will then take professional grade photos and write a thorough description. We then post it to our site and 3rd party sites to help get the most exposure.

Once we sell the item and the deal is finalized, will cut you check or send you money via check or PayPal!

We here at Ludlow Guitars have been shipping instruments for over a 15 years. We know a thing or two about keeping instruments safe on their worldly travels. When we ship, we supply you with a tracking number and always fully insure every purchase. Our main shipping carrier is UPS but we do use USPS from time to time. We offer free shipping on orders above $50.00 in the continental United States. When it comes to shipping we prefer to ship to the billing address associated with the card as fraud is a problem. If we must ship to a different address we will need to assess the situation first. We do our utmost best to protect you and ourselves from fraud.



We understand that sometimes the item that you bought just doesn’t work out. It wasn’t quite right; or it just didn’t work with your rig. The reasons are many but we have a simple solution to curing your woes.

Here are our guidelines for returns or exchanges:

You must notify us within 5 days starting at the time you received your item to be eligible for a possible exchange or refund.

Items must be brought back or shipped in the exact condition that they were received. This includes receipt, all original packaging, paperwork, accessories, etc. If you can’t do this then you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or the return could be completely denied.

Refunds will be issued minus all shipping expenses, even if free shipping was initially given, plus a 3.5% restocking fee. The restocking fee can be waived if exchanged for store credit or another item. However, there are some exceptions.

All sales are final.

Any item that are on sale or is discounted.

Any item that has come in contact with the mouth or ears.

Pickups that have been used in anyway.

Any item in which packaging has been damaged and cannot be returned to its original brand new condition.
